How do I schedule an appointment?

  • Email [email protected]  (be sure to include: name / phone number / design references or description of desired tattoo and location)
  • Tattoo appointments require a non refundable deposit
  • Deposit will be collected in person after your consultation, or may be sent via paypal for traveling clients.

Do I need to schedule a consultation?

  • Meeting with each client before the tattoo process insures that the artist and client have a similar vision for the project
  • Consults usually take between 20 minutes – 1 hour and are free.
  • Estimated tattoo time and pricing is discussed during the consult process.
  • Small designs can sometimes by-pass consultation if designed on appointment date

How booked out are you?

Wait times vary between 1 week-2 months.

Same week appointments are possible in cases of rescheduling or cancellations from prior appointments.

Do you take walk-ins?

No, we operate as an appointment only studio,  We post same day openings on our facebook page so be sure to follow for availability @ciphertattoo


Do you offer piercings?

No,  At this time Cipher is a Tattoo only Studio


How much will my tattoo cost?

Scheduling a consultation is the easiest way to give an estimate of tattoo cost and how long it will take to complete.  Referencing size, placement, color/black and grey, and subject matter gives a better understanding of how much the tattoo will cost. The shop minimum is $100


Cancel/Reschedule policy

Each appointment requires a $200 scheduling deposit

Deposits are deducted from the final cost of the tattoo

Appointments rescheduled within 72 hrs will retain the deposit

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the deposit, and will require another deposit to reschedule

Deposits are non-refundable


What if my tattoo needs a touch up?

We take pride in every tattoo we make, including full support during the healing process and free touch ups if needed. We are happy to answer any questions you might have during the healing of your new tattoo. If your tattoo needs any touch ups after healing, it is covered at no cost. Your healed tattoo is a direct representation of us, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your new ink.
